The Rain Game: Atlanta United vs. Columbus Crew SC

You've probably seen it by now but field conditions last Saturday in Columbus, Ohio, were dreadful during a match in Major League Soccer between Columbus Crew SC and Atlanta United.

Spring storms plagued the area, some even severe in nature. They created torrential downpours and driving rain that tested if the most true diehard fan.

The match was halted just a half hour into the contest for lightning in the area but play resumed a short time after. Columbus claimed the victory but both teams created some incredible sights on Saturday night.
