Game Gallery: 2022 Ohio Dominican Football Season Opener vs. Findlay

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- The Ohio Dominican football team opened the 2022 season with a commanding 28-14 victory over the reigning Great Midwest Athletic Conference Champion Findlay Oilers on Saturday afternoon. The Panthers outlasted the Oilers and Mother Nature to collect the victory.

ODU enjoyed an advantage in total offense, outgaining their rivals by 150 yards on the ground and in the air.

Quarterback Jake Byrd was 27-of-43 for 273 yards and one touchdown on the day.

The Black and Gold enjoyed production from W.R. Sanders, Jordan Pantaleo, Travis Whittaker, and Leo Nixon as the quartet rushed for 155 yards on the afternoon.
